The purpose of this rulemaking is to adopt amended/adopted emergency rules as permanent. The emergency rules were adopted on January 11, 2024 to correct the eligibility criteria for applicants and to clarify the purposes for which the fund may be used to better align the rules with statute. Minor formatting errors were corrected. |
