| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this Rulemaking Hearing is to standardize verbiage and layout in Rules 1 - General Rules, Regulations, and Definitions; Rule 10 - In-State Jackpot Games; and Rule 14 - Multi-State Jackpot Games. Outdated and irrelevant regulations have been removed and jackpot promotional drawing regulations have been added. Rule 1 has been updated to include common definitions and Lottery regulations. |
