To conform to amendments to the ECEA as set forth in SB06-118, SB07-255, HB07-1244, including alignment with the federal Individuals with Disabilities Educational Improvement Act of 2004, 20 U.S.C. Section 1400 et seq., as amended (IDEA) and its implementing Part B and Part C Regulations at 34 CFR Parts 300 and 303, Respectively, including appendices. |
