A2. Yes, a petition entity is
required to be licensed prior to circulating any ballot petition.
Q3. How do I get a license?
A3. A petition entity
representative must complete the petition circulation training by reading the training guide, then the representative must submit the Petition Entity License Application & Certificate of Circulator Training (PDF) form and the application fee to our office.
Q4. Any additional requirements?
A4. A licensed petition entity must complete the Petition registration form for licensed entities (PDF) prior to circulating any initiative petition.
